BRANDON, FL — A man was shot and killed Friday morning in a Brandon apartment complex, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said. The shooting occurred before 11:30 a.m. at a home in the 1800 block of Princeton Lakes Drive, Park at Portofino Apartments, investigators said. A man was found dead inside the apartment. According to detectives, the shooter remained at the location and cooperated with police. Charges could follow pending a review by the State Attorney's Office, deputies said.
