Join us for the 6th Annual South Pasadena Prayer Breakfast. This year's theme is "Being Essential" with keynote speaker, Dr. Adam Sharp. Building on our city's heritage of small-town charm and vibrant community, the South Pasadena Prayer Breakfast's goals are to: Bring community together in a meaningful wayConnect neighbor to neighborDevelop the value of prayer in South PasadenaWhile we do require registration to attend, we are pleased to offer FREE tickets to the general public this year. Our program is supported entirely by the generous sponsorship of private citizens. Proceeds are used to support various local organizations committed to prayer and community service. The South Pasadena Prayer Breakfast is a 501(c)(3) California nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible. We are thrilled to have Dr. Adam Sharp, ER physician and scientist at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, as our keynote speaker. Adam will share inspirational stories about essential workers who are working on the front lines, battling COVID-19 and helping to save lives. We will also continue our tradition of welcoming local clergy to lead us in prayer over our city. The following CDC recommended COVID-19 precautions will be exercised to ensure the safety of all attendees: This will be an outdoor gathering in the Oneonta Church courtyard. Please dress appropriately for the weatherDo not attend if you feel symptoms of illnessMasks, pre-registration, and temperature checks will be required at the doorSocial distancing will be maintained via theater style seating (there will be no table seating this year)Coffee, tea, pastries and fruit will be offered for your refreshment via individually sealed containers.
