I was watching a program the other night and the panel was discussing how so many people can believe the most outlandish lies and continue to be happy to be duped every day. The professional psychologist on the panel explained it this way; When people hear lies loud enough and long enough they start to believe the lies as witnessed in 1910's Russia, 1930's Germany, Cuba, Korea and other nations that fell victim to socialist/communism/fascism. But the REAL rub is when the individual has been broken/brainwashed enough then they will lap up anything the propaganda machine spouts off no matter how ridiculous and outright false it is. You can see it now from the left wing media, leftist activists and even here on this board. These people simply do not have the brain power left to discern right from wrong and can only agree with their puppet masters propaganda as their brains have been totally corrupted to the point of willful acceptance and submission. Something very similar to the Stockholm Syndrome.
