Greetings potential co-worker! My name is Marissa and I own a dog walking business based in Geneva. I am looking for a second person to start taking on some of my clients because I am running out of time to take care of everyone! I need help Monday through Fridays during the hours of 10 am - 2 pm primarily. The schedule will vary, depending on how many dogs need to be walked each day and each week. I am looking for reliability; my customers depend on me to care for their pups and I have built this company on dependability. I am looking for honesty and responsibility; everyone makes mistakes, own them and learn from them. I am looking for someone who is active and fit; I am typically walking dogs at a pace of 3 mph and I do walk large dog breeds that will take some extra muscle to control. I am looking for someone with experience working with animals, training knowledge is preferred. The walks will be much more enjoyable if you build a relationship with the dog and condition them to know your expectations. Along with building a relationship with the dogs, you need patience! I do not use yelling or negative punishment with the dogs and I expect you to treat the dogs in a similar manner as I do. If you are business minded, I have built a solid base to keep growing this business and I am open to having more of a business partner than just a worker.
