2021 MARKS 5 YRS OF BRIAN"BW"WILLIAMS PASSING.TO HONOR HIS LEGACY;THIS ANNUAL POKER RUN IS BEING HELD. COME OUT WITH FAMILY&FRIENDS & ENJOY! ON APRIL 8th 2016, after a normal day @ Setters Tools and target shooting with coworkers; Brian came home ,enjoyed time with his family and suffered a severe brain aneurysm that immediately put him in a coma. Over the course of 3 days, Brian endured a tremendous fight for his life but succumbed to this colossal brain bleed surrounded by his family. This SUDDEN lost hit his family and the community hard. At the time of his sudden demise, his wife & kids couldn't cope with his passing and could not fulfill all of Brian's wishes @ the time. Over the last 5 years, Life & people have moved forward; Yet Brian's immediate family always remembered what he told his family. Brian would always stress to them that "IF ANYTHING were to happen to me, Please celebrate as if we finally won the lottery,lol." Well, It has been 5(short) years and his family has grown; In his honor, this POKER RUN is being established. His life & legacy was not in vain. His family want to STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ANY&EVERYONE to take High Blood Pressure seriously; But most of all African American Men. Because a heightened response is required due to the disparities in high blood pressure control in African American men, It is so important that men and their families gain the knowledge about the risks of untreated high blood pressure.Black men are hit hardest by high blood pressure, THE SILENT KILLER that often comes without symptoms or warning. Brian was an avid & skilled racer of the motorcycle world. He also loved shooting pool & poker.This event will honor him as well as acknowledge the severity for African American men & High Blood Pressure. The remaining proceeds of this event will be distributed to non profit organizations dealing with High Blood Pressure,Depression & Opioid Addiction in his honor.* THIS WILL BE A FAMILY FRIENDLY EVENT* PLEASE REMEMBER TO PRACTICE CLEAN HYGIENE AND SOCIAL DISTANCING. **masks are PREFERRED but not required**
