Looking for a handyman who is truly good at small jobs around the house...like actually able to repair stuff, not just band-aid it up. The work we need done includes, but is not limited to: • Yard - install borders around mulched area • Yard- install pine needles in the front bed • Yard- pressure wash driveway • Yard- clean side flower bed • Garage - painting • Backyard - Deck patching, sanding, and painting • Backyard- Flatten dirt beneath back deck • Miscellaneous- Junk hall away • Miscellaneous -- Take down Ring cameras (after move out) • Miscellaneous- Clean spilling off high wall • Miscellaneous - Stain hallway banister • Whole house- Paint and patch interior walls (after move out) • Whole house- Replace all door stops • Front and basement door – Install door sweep • MBR – Install closet shelf Text to schedule a time to come take a look at the job.
