Found this little black/brown tabby baby at Element Barclay Apartment homes (near intersection of 17th and Independence). It’s a petite cat and has some shaved fur near its tail. Possibly from a vet visit? We’re keeping it safe and fed for now. Please message me if this is your baby or you’d like to take her/him in. Thanks ♥️
