Need basic lawncare in West Austin

We are looking for a simple mow/edge provider to come to our property as needed, usually every 2-3 weeks. Must have own equipment. $40/service. Prefer to be able to text/call, have you come out within one week, and then Venmo/PayPal whenever it's done. It's not a huge yard and we have no bushes or anything.
