Press release from the Quaker Valley School District: Published March 25, 2021 This is the 10th year in a row the QV team has qualified for states. Congratulations to the QVHS Science Olympiad team on advancing to the states. This makes it a "perfect decade" – 10 years in a row of the team qualified for states! Even with fewer regions (with more teams) due to COVID-19, QVHS placed 3rd in the West PA regional. Special thanks to our tournament site coordinator, Mr. Rich Hollein, who set up computers and assisted in running the tournament for our team from the library/makerspace/computer lab/etc., since the college host sites were not an option due to COVID-19.
