CONCORD, NH — On Friday, the U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force was able to locate a fourth fugitive. Rodney Alan Polchies Jr., 37, the fugitive of the week for New Hampshire two weeks ago, was arrested in Rochester after task force members began surveilling locations in the city. He was wanted for failure to appear in Strafford County Superior Court on armed robbery and assault charges after an incident in Rollinsford in November 2020. "The task force was able to stop this vehicle in the vicinity of Columbus Avenue and Portland Street. Once the vehicle was stopped, Mr. Polchies was removed from the vehicle and arrested without incident." Polchies was taken to the Strafford County Jail and held pending a future court appearance. Joshua Joseph George, who was featured in late February, was arrested in Maine on Monday. Drew Alden Hankins was featured in late January and he turned himself in to police in Newbury. James Giles Jackson III was arrested on Thursday in Tampa, after getting off a bus, attempting to elude law enforcement. U.S. Marshal Nick Willard said the four arrests last week "truly shows the dedication and hard work of the task force officers and deputy U.S. Marshals around the country." "I think the lesson to be learned is that if you have a warrant, turn yourself in or we will find you," Willard added.
