This class is lead by @pilartywithkristy Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Join us Sunday, April 11, 2021 for a 60-minute Pilates class that emphasizes on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. After workout enjoy music, wellness pop up, eats, drinks, & good vibes! Artisanal Empanadas & Specialty Coffee by Birdie J Cafe. Indulge in a post-workout protein shake, farm to cup coffee, or whole wheat baked empanadas! Handcrafted Sandwiches by A Guy and a Deli. Taste the amazing flavor of these made from scratch prime sandwiches! Children & leashed dogs are welcomed. Limited space available. Walk ups are welcome. Bring your own mat. No equipment needed.
