Yoga for kids helps them reduce stress, get physically active, & learn to accept themselves and others with tolerance & compassion. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have one I can sell you a brand new mat for $8.00. Social Distancing protocols will be enforced. Make sure you wear your mask! ~Thank you!
