Exterior painting/light carpentry

Looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience with exterior painting and carpentry/home repair experience. A driver’s license and a vehicle are a must for this work. The work entails working off of ladders on two and three story homes. It is part time, meaning 25-35 hours a week. If you live more than a half hour away from Cape Elizabeth/Scarborough then this would not be the job for you. Please provide a brief work history with the town you live in and Kevin will be contacting applicants. Thanks
