Drummer wanted ABOUT US: We are a bassist/vocalist (mid 40s) and guitarist/multi-instrumentalist (mid 20s) writing original songs in the style of stoner/doom (for lack of a better term). We have two or three songs nearly complete, and a few other songs in various stages of completion. We have good quality recording capabilities, so demos are available. We are NOT currently looking to form a live band. This will be a studio project only. We plan to write and record songs and release them online. There are no plans to make this a "for-profit" project, so please keep that in mind. Just for fun, and the love of music. That being said, this will definitely not be a party situation. We practice and record in Medway, MA, and usually get together once a week on the weekends. A drum set is available for use. Our music is heavy rock, with influences from blues, rock n roll, psychedelia, and metal of all generations and a wide variety of styles. It's easier to hear than explain, right? ABOUT YOU: You should be a competent drummer; we don't expect a pro, but someone who has some experience playing in a band situation. Having experience with recording is a plus. We should all have compatible and overlapping musical interests. You should be mature and have your own transportation. Your age is not particularly important, but adults only please.
