Owner of painting and drywall co. needs helper

Im a 30 yr veteran in the trades, at 55 my body cant take the abuse. I will pay nicely for someone to 1.) unload, load the work van 2.) set up the jobs as i need them 3.) maintain equipment and tools...ie: sprayer, powerwasher...etc 4,) keep my jobsite and workvan organized 5.) help with prep on jobs 5.) cleanup on jobs 6.) light skills like sanding and rolling walls with 18 inch paint roller Must have own transportation. Must be serious and reliable Must be somewhat mechanical and have some knowledge about the trades Other skills not necessary, i will train Non smokers and person with a family to support a plus I will start you at 12 an hour for the first week. if i see promise and ur what im looking for you will go to 15 per hour paid in cash at end of week Automatic 15-18 per hour if you possess drywall and painting skills, and no, painting your grandmas house 3 years ago after patching a few walls does not qualify. A SHIT TON OF WORK....ALL WINTER LONG no open cases, probation and parole...ok no baby mama or ex drama no crack or heroin. Beer and weed? sure TEXT ONLY NO PHONE CALLS
