These 3 Concord Traffic Signals Have The Longest Delays

CONCORD, CA — Traffic: It's an unavoidable reality, but some Concord intersections are worse than others, according to a recently released report. INRIX analyzed traffic signal performance at intersections across the country, and found how much time traffic signals spend on green and times of peak demand. Most intersections in Concord are in the least-delayed green range, which indicates minimal delays of no more than 20 seconds per car spent waiting at a red light. Fortunately, no local intersections were in the most-delayed red range, which indicates cars may spend 55 seconds or longer waiting for the light to turn green. There were three Concord intersections in the slower orange range, which indicates cars may spend 35 to 55 seconds waiting for a red light to change, according to the INRIX report.
