Looking for Supervisor for temp staffing. Come be part of our team!! Opportunity for higher positions with company and greater pay! Location: Carlsbad Hours of Work: Flexible hours but may require occasional early morning or odd hour phone calls. Can work from home, but need to travel to hotels about 1~2 times a week. Pay: based on experience and work arrangement Position: Temp Staffing Supervisor in charge of recruiting, hiring and training of crews that are working in hotels and resorts as housekeeper or room attendant. Recruit new hires. Conduct interview and screening including eligibility, drug and background check. Conduct meet & greet session with new hire at the client sites around Carlsbad. Conduct safety training sessions and periodic safety meetings. We will train hiring, legal & safety training procedures. Qualifications: Prior supervisor or manager plus Prior experience in Hotel housekeeping plus Fluent in Spanish (to manage crew) and English to communicate with management & clients Must be able to pass background check and drug test Please submit resume.
