Mind Changers-Smoking Aces Fundraiser Mind Changers will be hosting its First Inaugural Smoking Aces Fundraiser, in efforts to continue decreasing the ongoing recidivism in our juvenile incarceration rate, school suspensions and expulsion rates of our young black males. The first 100 tickets purchased, will receive a free drink ticket for the cash bar. This event is proudly being sponsored by The Coley Agency.
