ZemYaza Healing Kor L.L.C Reducing the world's “Carbon Footprint” starting from Underground Construction Position This is a barter position living arrangments for 6 months while working on our off grid site We are in need of (InHouse ) Intern Team Leaders for a 6 month Construction Assignment with small start up Health and Wellness Company. We are at the ground floor of our 10 year construction development and look forward to the growth to come full circle. We look forward to including innovative Team Leaders of Interns starting May 6,2021 to build with us and to grow together and even in covid times working together in a safe place building long term connections thru commutative circle of Masterminded Adepts. 4 tier hiring process 1.a phone greet...2.deeper phone interview...3. 1 to 1 build prep challenge…4. outdoor group pear challenge! After challenge All chosen interns will be contacted with job offer and details for start date What will be given A safe space to grow and build by using your Master profession and giving real time application with working on a Active construction site RIGHT NOW! and working in a diverse group work setting. All positions are Manual Intensive do to its off grid location. Our location is located in nature so all must be ok with living in a raw environment. Food and Living accommodation are communal and provided by ZHK. Emergency Quit notices will always be available but Team leader cannot leave until ZHK rehires a replacement which may take as a long as two weeks. What is needed All applicants must be available for full 6 month assignment All applicants must be self sufficient minded and Multi-taskers All applicants must sign non disclosure agreement and code of conduct for onsite access All must bring their own tent,car and Tools of your trade! Yes all applicants will be considered Team Leaders must work cohesively with ALL team leaders within work circle environment Intern Leaders must also be ok with participating in all aspects of the construction site Team Leaders must be ok with daily manual labor Team Leader Interns need to think outside the box and use their spirit minds we are looking for a new breed of visionary Masters of builders with tribe growing tendencies if so we should talk Open Positions Available Keep in mind all Team Leaders must keep up with daily tasks on top of being team leader for their assignments during their 6 month season.. *Head Carpenter* Team Leader of all wooden Constructions during internship *Carpenters Helper* Assistant Leader to Carpenter and construction of any wooden structures on site *Electrical Advisor* Team Leader of all Electrical Projects on the site during internship *Head Welder* Team Welder Leader for all welding projects during internship *AgriCultural Foremen* Team Leader of Grounds and Construction Site, Leader aids with advice with decisions during the build .Must have experience with caring for land *********This Position is long term*********** *AgriCultural Assistant* Asists the Leader in all Agricultural projects during internship *Architect Consultant* Team Leader in consulting regarding interior design of structures during internship This position can be done off site but weekly visits is mandatory *Master Chef* Leader In charge of all the cooking on the compound must be savvy with minimal means and must cook healthy and also complete daily onsite task
