Need experienced/skilled basement improvement expert/contractor/vendor to finish one or more projects below- 1. Dry Wall (Wall sheet rock) – 150 Linear ft approx - 1/2" up to 2' tall 1a. Baseboards - 350 Linear Feet 1b. Sealing, Taping, Painting walls 1c. Insulation- only external facing walls 2. Dry Wall (Hard Ceiling) – 1325 sq ft approx 2a. Sound proof insulation - Ceiling 2b. Sealing, Taping, Painting ceiling 3. Approximately 20-25 recessed lights 4. Crown molding (approx. 275 linear feet) 5. Re-bath or bathroom re-model 6. Install Ikea cabinet wall/ base with lights/knobs and countertop – 13.5 linear ft each 7. Sanding/ refinish hardwood (approx. 1450 sq ft) 8. Install LVP flooring (approx. 1450 sq ft) 9. Concrete resurface driveway/ walkway 10. Deck improvement – Replace wood board (100 sq ft) and railings 11. Replace Old water Heater 12. Replace Old sump pump 13. Replace Old Sink Tops (3-4) 14. Install Mirror Frames (3-4) 15. Replace Old Toilet Seats (3) 16. Inspect/Repair Plumbing, Re-caulk, Re-grout (1st/2nd floor) 17. Electrical- Inspect breaker panel, replace 2 sconce lights, replace 3-4 bath exhaust fans with light, install 2-3 new GFIs 18. Paint interior doors, vanities, baseboards Optional Services Required 1. Exterior Painting- Front Porch, Windows, Shutters. Caulk trims, Repair rotted woods. Back wall. Its a 3 sided brick property 2. Replace Old HVAC 3. Install garage storage, replace old doors, old motors, paint walls/floor/ceiling Please share labor and total cost estimates by project line items or turnkey project. Also share availability to start the work. Include quote for minor furniture movement and debris removal to dump. Contractor will haul in material/supplies from Home Depot/ Lowes or other suppliers.
