To RE-FLOAT the ship we need to get the sand or earth under the bow or forward section away from or removed from under the hull keeping it immobilized. Several Fireboats with powerful water pumps aboard could hook up hoses and or pipes and direct the jets of water submerged under the hull where the sand/earth is contacting the hull. Divers can place the underwater jets in the proper positions.. When the underwater jets are directed at the sand/earth under the hull the sand/earth will churn and roil and can be "blown" away from under and become functionally like "water" and allow the lifting of the hull away from the "bottom" and allowing movement of the ship into the deeper channel.
