Producer/Writer duo LF a Director to join a team of two

What am I looking for? Currently, we are in need of someone who has any experience in writing, producing AND directing but ideally focuses on Directing. After speaking with quite a few, (many of them being spam and seeking money) There are currently two of us. I, Gideon, focus on Screenwriting, while the other, Blake, focuses on Producing. But to be clear, we both are very flexible and could tackle any role if necessary. Why Director/Producer/Writer? Because those are the key building blocks to any narrative film. Long story short, I am using these key positions to allow us to spitball ideas that we can truly create on a microbudget. ​ As for me, I am currently attempting comedy with my talks and very few animation on youtube. While Blake is currently in college for his Masters while producing and writing his own shorts (Links below) And we seeking other individuals who are doing the same, likely on their own with little to no help. THIS IS NOT A PAID GIG, which is the reason we are forming this group. =) Sorry to say, but as of right now, we are not looking to create a 10-20 man production crew anytime soon. We're not making any money off what we are doing so, I personally feel like it is wrong to "hire" people for free. We are seeking to start off small keeping ideas contained and straight forward with what we have and what we agreed on. Having a small group getting together to talk and agree on working on an idea for free, because we know which project will be the best course of action. We'll fail together and grow together. This industry is all about who you know and right now, I barely know anyone and nobody knows who we are. Its important if we live near one another (Brookhaven) without having to deal with commute. Long travel times could really be a killer.
