We are looking for a self-starting, energetic Customer Service Representative to help drive sustainable growth through servicing and forging great relationships with our customers. I need a customer service representative to help assist our customers in several aspects from identifying what they need to filling propane tanks to performing various delivery and pick up functions. I am looking to hire a full or part time individual who is looking to be part of a local, family owned business that is rapidly growing. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Ensure high level of customer service satisfaction through excellent service * Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards. * Welcome and greet customers * Manage point of sale, ability to bill out customers * Fill customer's propane tanks * Performing various delivery and pick up functions * Answering phones * Help maintain a fully stocked store Requirements: * Professional appearance * Must have a valid, clean driving record * Customer service focus * Friendly, helpful and engaging personality * Ability to lift heavy objects up to 40 lbs
