I have been poor, I worked my way out of it. I know poor people today. And I know destitute people. Yet these poor people seem to always have money for a Papa Johns, movies, cigs, fancy phones, internet service, etc. If you can swing 10 bucks a pack for smokes, you can swing money for the cost of what ever it takes to up your place in society. I ate many p nut butter sando's to get out of the "poor" rank. And you have not seen poor people till you get to some other countries. The "poor" have it very well here with all the handouts the state gives out. It is a matter of priorities. Some feel it is more important to have the 50" 5g TV than self reliance.
