Join us for this free yoga/meditation class guided by LeNell on the beautiful tree-lined Norwood Blvd just a few blocks from the shop. We're ready for some yoga/meditation in the sunshine! Are you? Plan for some easy yoga movement, mantra, breathwork, and meditation in the shade amongst friends. Park near Norwood Elementary at the corner of 16th Ave N and Norwood Blvd. Kids welcome!
