Sweet dog that needs room to run

I recently rescued this dog, and she's super sweet; but she needs more room to run. She's great with kids, and is super friendly with everyone. She needs a big yard where she can run and play as much as she wants. She's got some skin issues too, but will come with a big container of grain free dog food. I thought I could help her out when I rescued her, and while her situation is better, it could be better still. I just want what's best for her, and for her to go to a good home. It won't let me post pictures of her but I can email them.
