Loose dog Bailey Ln/Van Ave

Was out very late last night walking my own dog when I came across a small dog in front of my own mailbox that was running loose and very scared. I took my own dog inside and grabbed some dog treats to try and coax the loose dog towards me but they took off in the bushes at the intersection and I wasn’t able to figure out where (and didn’t want to be lurking in yards late at night). The dog was small, black coat most likely (it was dark outside and I was using my phone flashlight) with what looked like lighter markings/accents around the face. The hair looked to be a little longer/scruffy around the face. I’m pretty sure the dog had a collar or tags on because when it ran I could hear jingling. I will try to look for the dog again this morning, but if you are missing your friend, know that they were in this area around 1am Saturday, March 28th.
