Who is this workshop for?
This class is for anyone who wants to breathe better!
What to expect:
Your BIQ (Brething IQ) is taken upon entering and leaving the class. Most people see improvement of at least 1 grade after one session. Explanation of breathing anatomy, a tour of the diaphragm and the primary breathing muscles, the benefits of lower-body horizontal breathing vs. upper-body vertical breathing, followed by 40-minutes of exercises to stretch and strengthen primary breathing muscles the active meditation breathing practice, and time to ask questions afterwards.
Bring your own yoga mat, blankets and towels provided. Wear comfortable clothes. Try not to eat a large meal beforehand. Please do not wear perfume or cologne.
