In search of a roommate/nanny situation in exchange of reduce rent with potential income for additional hours of work. Light duties required, my kids are a little older so mostly is supervision. Must be clean and responsible, able to pass a background check, drug test, no prior DUIs, CPR/First aid (I can pay for training if not certified). Provide 3 references and past/current employer information like a typical rental/job application requires. Room to yourself, bathroom shared with 1 other adult, access to common areas just as a regular roommate. Excellent opportunity for a college student We live in a 2500 sqft 4BR, 2.5 ba single family home in Otay Ranch, with a nice yard for entertaining, plenty of street parking, at walking distance from shops and restaurants. Minutes away from the Otay Ranch mall, walmart, target, South Western College and many other businesses, bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, great quiet streets perfect for going on jogs around the neighborhood. About us, we are both active duty, responsible, clean and quiet. We are searching for someone who can be part of our family, and active member of our household, that we can hang out with and have an open door of communication and friendship. There is already a furry pet, a fish and lizard so no additional pets please.
