I’m looking for a long-term personal care assistant who is an honest, reliable, timely, good listener, kind, and must love dogs. I am looking for someone who will help me to run errands and cleaning, take me to the health club, doctor appointments, and some cooking (American). I can drive but need help getting into and out of the car. I have a lift for my wheelchair that is attached to the hitch of my car, but I still need a person who is capable of lifting 50 lbs. I also need help with things like changing a light bulb or picking things up off the floor that I can’t reach as well as help me with preparing meals and keeping my house clean. I have a new, three-month-old puppy that I need help with. I also have house plants that need care. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7 am to 10 am, and 3-5 hours on Saturday. You must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license. In addition, you would need to wear a mask and be mindful of disinfecting things. I had both of my COVID-19 shots, but still would like a person who has taken care not to expose themselves to nursing homes or other high-risk settings. You will need to provide references.
