Requirements are managing,handling power tools for all construction duties,basic painting edging inside outside work, light drywall,landscape, hardscape, light electrical and plumbing, carpentry, cement,pavers ect.
Looking for an exterior painting sub that wants to work by contract or daily basis,must have experience and most tools needed available when jobs inquire. (Exterior painting trimming house project ready to start])ASAP
Work schedule flexuates from site to site and depending how busy work is.
Looking candidate that is ready when work call.
