Hello, My name is Joanna. I'm 29 years old, will be 30 this year. I'm currently live in an apartment alone with a dog (girl, 10 months old). The lease is up till mid-September 2021, its a few months away. I would really like to move out of here because it costs twice time of my income. The job out there has not been lucky for me. I'm employed full-time with much less pay. I'm hoping to be the "New Girl" [that tv show is my favorite] roommate(s) with no gender preference with a backyard. Or guesthouse or In-Law. As long there's a backyard. I would prefer to do it month to month and expect to live in 6 to 9 months. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being OCD clean), I'm about an 8. Prefer to not live in a party animal house. I like to be home with peace and calmness. I would have a guest over like 3-4 times a month, to stop by or sleep over. I would love to watch TV/movies with roommate and perhaps play games once a month at least. Please help me spread this around. Remember I'm looking for a room to rent in mid-September this year.
