Hello and thank you for checking out my ad. I am a small landlord/property manager looking for a reliable handyman. You must have a reliable vehicle and tools. I have rental apartments and as you can imagine everyday something breaks. You should know how to paint, basic flooring, light electrical and plumbing, installing doors and windows, etc. I will pay between $13-$15 depending on experience.
