Install Window AC units & Dual Flush System

Hi, I want to hire someone to install two window AC units. I have tools, but prefer someone who has their own just in case I am missing something. I will be willing to pay $40 for the AC unit install. In addition, if you have the skills to do so I would like to get a dual flush system installed in three toilets in my house. I will pay $100 if you can do both the AC units and dual systems. It would something similar to this model at Home Depot:
