Looking for an Occasional Cleaner who is detailed and LIKES to clean! I need help cleaning and occasional yard work at a Queen Anne Style home that has 4 apartments. On a regular basis every 3 weeks; duties would include cleaning and caring for the front Porch, Stairwell, hallway, laundry room and occasional weeding and watering.
Would also need cleaning when tenants move out. I have other furnished rentals that would need the same occasional cleaning for more work.
Prefer experience but will pay based on experience. Ability for wage increase following demonstration of hard work and dependability.
Must be clean, smoke, drug free and reliable. Will ask for references and Background will be checked. 1099 to be issued with annual earnings over $600.00.
