Lake Valley Seed, a wholesale garden seed packaging company, is seeking an adaptable, flexible, warehouse generalist to support a wide variety of warehouse functions. This is a full-time, hourly position. Our business is highly cyclical, so the tasks performed will vary depending upon the time of year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Follow written production procedures · Pulling and picking orders · Restocking · Manage Inventory · Box/Package/Palletize completed orders · Drive forklift (Certificate is required and provided) · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Physical Requirements · Lift up to 50lbs. safely throughout shift unassisted · Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time Successful attributes: · Musts have High diploma or equivalent · Work independently and cooperatively · Positive attitude is a must, sense of humor preferred · Ability to ask questions and learn · must be able to speak and write fluently in English · must have basic computer skills · Detail oriented · Ability to work at fast pace We are looking for a team player with a great attitude and strong work ethic. Our work hours are 7-3:30, M-F year-round, so there is a great work/life balance.
