Description
“To care for those who once cared for us is one of life’s highest honors.” If you agree, you might have what it takes to be an In Home Caregiver (Home Health Aide). Amada Senior Care of Daytona Beach (License #299995015) is the fastest-growing Home Health Agency in the area, because we treat both our clients and our Caregivers like family! In fact we’re growing SO fast now that we can’t hire enough experienced Caregivers to keep up with the demand for our services. Homebound Seniors are in urgent need of help right now; to keep up with the demand we now offer an in house Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification program to train and certify our own HHAs. If you have a big heart and a genuine desire to help others - especially Seniors - we will give you the tools and the training that you will need to become a Certified Home Health Aide for Amada Senior Care Of Daytona Beach. Top 3 reasons to work for Amada Daytona: 1. We’re locally owned & operated by a family of Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)’s; we treat both our clients and our Caregivers like family as well. 2. Five star Google Reviews from both our clients and our current Caregiver Team (Google “Amada Daytona” to see for yourself)! 3. Caregiver Incentive Plans: 4 different incentive plans that provide our Caregiver team the opportunity to earn more $$ than at any other agency in the area! You can earn a raise after your first month of employment. Visit us on the web at www.AmadaDaytona.com, or better yet call us at 386.227.5932 and see for yourself why Amada Daytona is the fastest-growing Home Health Agency around! Although you do not need any previous experience as a Caregiver, you WILL need reliable transportation and a clean driving record. You will also need a Level 2 background screen and drug test, basic CPR certification, and a current TB test (if you are missing any of these items we will help get you registered for them). Once you have completed these items, we will assign you to complete a 12 hour online Florida Caregiver Certification course through the Home Care Standards Bureau, followed by a one day, hands-on HHA skills course. The last step before receiving your HHA certification is to pass the AHCA Home Health Aide competency test, after which you can start work immediately!
