Bancroft Construction is a family owned company with many growth opportunities, a great work environment, and is looking for a qualified Journeyman/Roofer/Sheet Metal construction crew to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess at least 1 year of construction work experience or similar work and be physically able to perform their job duties. Responsibilities: - Follow safety protocols and practices at all times - Moving Materials or equipment - Loading or Unloading Materials - Skilled in use of hand tools and equipment - Job site cleanup - Demolition - Able to assist in various trades: waterproofing, painting, electrical, tile, carpentry, etc. Requirements: - Reliable transportation and drivers license - At least 1 year of construction work experience or similar work - Able to speak English, bilingual a plus *Hablamos Español* Job Type: Full-time Compensation starts at $15/ hour depending on experience.
