Position: lawn mowing/landscaping Team Member We have 1 opening…. Primary office is located in Crowley Tx Integra lawns is a small local business. We are looking for a lawn mowing tech and landscape maintenance person who would like to grow with our business. As part of the Integra Lawns team, you will feel part of something bigger and belong to a company that goes beyond just cutting lawns... we have a mission to be the best company to work for in the area. Compensation: $ 15 per hour plus bonus for production, quality and customer referral. For example, for every person you speak with and signs up for a recurring service, you will receive $ 50.00. benefits: -paid time off - We offer paid vacations -We pay every week on Fridays -We want you to earn a lot of money! -We maintain your equipment. Trucks will be ready to go and fully equipped every morning. -We provide water and ice! -all equipment is marked and assigned, no one will take your equipment. -Equipment updated and maintained regularly - we have free snack, chips and drinks in our break room. March to December we work full time. Join our growing team! Our Pay for Production system is ideal for those who want to earn more, the harder and smarter you work, the more money you can earn. You will have a base pay in dollars per hour and the opportunity to earn more every day! Requirements: --teamwork --Non smoker --Reliable transportation, - Able to pass drug test - Capable of working in extreme weather --1 year minimumof verifiable experience -We work from Monday to Friday. If it rains during the week, we will work on Saturday. -no fear of heights (we install Christmas lights) - No attendance issues, our clients are depending on us. - We have a 3 day trial period.
