Pines of Paradise in Carp Lake is in need of a summer maintenance person. Must be able to accomplish projects unsupervised. Help will be provided for larger projects. Looking for someone that has a diverse skill set. Experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and anything else that may be required. Larger projects will be subcontracted. Responsibilities include completing miscellaneous projects around grounds, help cleaning cottages, taking care of specific needs for guests, maintaining grounds and beach front. This is a seasonal position that will run from April till the end of October, could be longer for the right person. Living quarters are available at an additional charge. Flexible work schedule, Average 45 to 50 hours per week. Salary pay as high as $750.00 per week. For consideration please email cover letter and resume only.
