I am seeking help with the demo portion of a garage conversion remodel project for my parents house. This is a 1950's 2 story house that had a converted garage in the 1980's. Current demo includes, removal of all walls, flooring, carpet. Will also be removing wall in adjacent laundry room as well. Will provide dumpster according to Richardson Code. (will need counsel on which size to get and how many). If you are a general contractor and are interested in bidding for the garage conversion project please inquire. I am trying to move things along for my electrician so he can begin the next phase of the project. My current General Contractor is giving us delays and am open to a new GC for this process after demo/electrical is complete. The scope of project mainly involves carpet over existing subfloor,drywall/texture and framing for new doors/entryways. (Electrical and HVAC is handled for)
