Chaz Ltd. Collision Express, the Gold Medal Winner for BEST CAR REPAIR COMPANY IN ALASKA is seeking an experienced, full-time, CSR to join our Old Seward team. We are Alaska’s largest, independently owned collision repair provider and operate in a fast-paced environment to stay in front of the growing needs of our customers. We are looking for an enthusiastic personality who loves to help people and can be a rock star on a winning team. A strong belief in the company and pride in helping our customers is essential. The ideal candidate will possess an AK Driver's license, be able to drive a standard transmission and diesel powered vehicles, posses skills to operate department equipment such as pressure washer, vacuum cleaner, and various other small machines, and be able to consistently and cheerfully perform the following duties; Wash and dry customer vehicles before and after repairs. Vacuum, wipe down and clean interior surfaces. Assist the parts department with deliveries and pickups. Maintain a professional appearance. Be punctual and reliable daily, your team depends on your presence. Enjoy working with our customers and helping with their needs as appropriate. Sweep shop floors and remove trash from stalls. Shuttle customers to their home or office. Shuttle vehicles to sublet or off-site vendors. Be able to multitask between duties. Be able to work independently and manage your time wisely. Possess a valid AK driver’s license. Offer a hand where help is needed. There is lots of room for growth in our business and industry. Chaz offers a competitive benefits package and the starting wage range is between eleven and fourteen dollars per hour.
