Superintendent/ Maintenance Tech needed for Apartment Building employment type: full-time Maintenance Technician/Full-time/Onsite needed for a 162-unit building in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and capabilities: -Perform, delegate, oversee and inspect all maintenance tasks. -Handle plumbing repairs, i.e., correcting leaking pipes, repairing faucets and toilets -Electrical and carpentry experience necessary -HVAC experience -Maintenance and inspecting the heating and hot water systems, i.e., flushing out the boiler when needed, check oil tank for fuel -Respond to management or tenant's calls regarding maintenance & emergencies -Tenant communication to schedule repairs, etc - Organize maintenance shop, keeping an inventory of equipment and supplies -Maintenance of overall building cleanliness and general super responsibilities Super Qualification: -Team Player -Work under pressure -Keep a clean and safe environment -Pay attention to detail to deliver the highest quality workmanship -Must be able to multi-task -Must be a good problem solver -Extremely well-organized -Detail-oriented professional with a high emphasis on the ability to communicate and follow-up on tasks through completion For immediate hire.
