This job is for Monday only!!! Here is the details 1. The two paint colors I want used. ALL of the areas where dark gray is used must be OIL-BASED paint.  2. The rough draft of the paint job has all the trim/wood siding painted DARK gray oil-based paint inside all the 6 windows. The inside of each 6 windows (up, down, left, right, must be painted DARK gray oil-based paint. The brick is also painted with DARK gray oil-based paint.  The areas highlighted in LIGHT gray, do not need to be oil-based. Make sure the insides where the basement windows are, be painted LIGHT gray.  Please confirm that the photos are clear and the description I provided. We will go purchase the paint together. You will determine how much paint is needed. Your pay will be the difference of materials minus $1000. So if paint and materials cost $400 then you'll receive $600 for labor.
