Purpose of the Position: This position will be in a beachfront luxury condo. Our team members are customer service experts responsible for handling resident & guest requests and promoting a welcoming environment in the building. The APC Concierge team is committed to providing a sense of comfort and reliability for our residents and their families. We are expected to know the building like we know our own homes and maintain the safety and immaculate image of the luxury condo we are assigned to. We strive to provide a gracious, accommodating customer service experience for all living, working and visiting the properties we serve. Position Description: Visitors, package deliveries, daily activities and amenity reservations are examples of information you will track in the building’s computer system. You will be ensuring the safety of the building by reviewing access control cameras and reporting suspicious activities. You will use your knowledge of the building to report incoming visitors to residents and direct visitors to the appropriate unit or building location. In a professional manner, residents are to be notified when their packages/mail/shipment have arrived and deliver them to units upon request. You will be strong in receptionist duties by handling incoming calls or requests and transferring to appropriate representatives. As a strong multitasker, you will be managing administrative requests on behalf of Property Managers. You are someone who is knowledgeable of the surround area, its seasonal events, and all it has to offer to anyone living or visiting the property. Using this knowledge, you will position yourself as a resource to residents and their guests to make recommendations to local vendors/restaurants or book events. Your demeanor will allow you to professionally and effectively interact with other building vendors and building management. Requirements: · High School diploma
