Prepares apartments, which may include painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping duties, and any necessary duties to provide our residents with that quality move in experience. Performs apartment turnovers and responds to service calls. Responds to resident requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, general carpentry skills, and painting. Reports any maintenance concerns on vacant units, models, and common areas, to the Maintenance Supervisor. High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Occasional use of complex machines and equipment (desktop/laptop computer and software, road and production machines and equipment, etc.) · You are flexible with you schedule and able to participate in an on-call rotation · Must have reliable transportation. · Must be able to pass a background check.
