Experienced Brick paving crew leader/laborer need for established Brick paving company in Rochester Michigan. Must be skilled in all hardscape installations and repairs with a minimum of 2 years experience. The right individual must be a hard worker, able to work alone and with a crew. We work 40 -50 hours a week with some Saturdays. Full-time seasonal. * Must have own transportation, cell phone, valid driver's license with a good driving record. * Duties to include efficiently completing brick installation from plan reading to clean up. * Appropriate customer communications and positive crew morale. * Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner. Must take pride in your work. In everything we do, we strive to be the best. * Require minimal supervision * Must be able to pick up 60 lbs. & work in the elements * Compensation based on experience and the value you bring to the company. * Pay increase for CDL.
