Hello, We are looking for a make ready crew leader. We are a full service make ready and repair company and we are looking for a good lead man for a small crew. We re looking for at least 8 years of handy man experience with at least 3 years as a crew leader for make readies. We service apartments and homes. You would need a reliable work vehicle, own most basic hand and power tools (we have the bigger equipment) and be a team player. We have an immediate opening for the right person, so if you apply, please be ready to start. Starting pay is 20 to 21 per hour, full time and is a 1099 position to start. You will work for a short time with a lead on a crew so we can see how you work. There are bonus to earn if you hit targeted hours. If you prove yourself, there is room for improvement and advancement in pay. We are a company that prides ourselves on good quality work in a timely fashion.
