WHEN: Tuesday, March 30 and Wednesday, March 31 WHERE: Tavares facility (3751 County Rd 561, Tavares, Fl) WHAT: Learn more about the company culture Bring a copy of your current resume (if available) Schedule an in-person interview for open positions OPEN POSITIONS: Lumber yard and door shop associates need no prior experience and perform essential behind-the-scenes functions (manufacturing of doors, management of supply shipments, operation of equipment). Starting pay is between $10 and $15 an hour based on experience. Drivers and driver helpers assist in loading trucks and delivering materials to customers. Starting pay is between $12 and $17 per hour depending upon experience. Management trainees (MTs) enter an intensive, one-on-one, on-the job training program that teaches them the company’s business and puts them on the path to be a future leader. Starting compensation is more than $40,000 a year. Attendees must wear a mask and will be required to practice social distancing during the Hiring Day.
