WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Experienced Lead Installer & Installers for Motorized Retractable Screen installation & repair (Motorized retractable experience a plus) Compensation: • $45K to $50K+ earning potential for lead installers with proven/verified experience, plus company paid medical, life insurance, and AD&D benefits. Dental and vision benefits offered, but at the employees minimal expense. • $35K to $40K+ earning potential for installers with proven/verified experience, plus company paid medical, life insurance, AD&D benefits. Dental and vision benefits offered, but at the employees minimal expense. We are looking for full-time experienced Lead Installers & installers with the knowledge to install motorized retractable screens, awnings, and pergola. **Aluminum/patio screen enclosure, pool enclosure, screen rooms, sunrooms, fixed screens, and construction experience will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities: • Install retractable screens, awnings, and pergola • Guide the team throughout project completion • Is reliable, responsible, and most importantly, pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work • Maintain a positive, safe, thoughtful, and solution-oriented work environment • Handle daily responsibilities and requests from management • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction • Promotes products and services to customer • Ensure company tools, vehicles, and other property are properly used and accounted for. • Collect Payments from customers • Professionally represent the company with honesty and integrity in all business matters • Perform other duties when assigned Qualifications Lead Installers: • MUST have valid FL drivers license and clean driving record • Reliable transportation to and from our office/warehouse location in Oviedo, Fl • Minimum 2-3 years experience for Lead Installer position. Minimum 1-2 years experience for installers • Ability to lift up to 60lbs • Must be able to climb up and down ladders/walk-boards • Ability to work outside in the wide array of weather conditions we have here in FL • Effective communication skills in order to communicate with customers • Ability to follow and retain instructions • Effectively finish all assigned tasks in a timely manner • Complete and submit daily job-site reports • Fleet truck will be provided during work hours Owning necessary hand tools (impact drill, rotary drill, with all drivers, roller knife with both flat & round spline wheels, circular saw, snips, speed square, tool belt, torpedo level) is required for Lead position.
